Questions, answered.

What is Yellow?

Yellow is a suite of tools for women's health, built around the parts of midlife that get tracked badly or not at all. Mood, our daily tracker, is live now, with the HRT companion and more to follow. The throughline is simple: get the right information in order so the conversations that matter, with a prescriber or with yourself, are based on what actually happened rather than what you can remember.

What's available now, and what's coming?

Mood, our daily tracker, is already live on the App Store. The HRT companion is next: it helps you keep a clear record of your treatment and symptoms and turns it into something a GP can read in under a minute. After that, we're building tools for supplementation, and a charity arm to help reach women who can't pay for support. Each one is designed to stand on its own and to work better together. You won't need all of them, and we won't pretend you do.

Why a suite rather than one app?

Because midlife health doesn't arrive in tidy categories. HRT, mood, and what you take alongside it are tangled together, and most products treat them as separate problems handled by separate apps that never talk to each other. Yellow is built so the picture stays joined up, without forcing you into any part of it you don't need.

Will Yellow tell me what to do about my treatment?

No. Yellow doesn't diagnose, and it won't tell you to change a dose or start a supplement. That's between you and your prescriber. What it does is get the facts straight beforehand, so your appointment is about your data, not your memory.

What happens to my health data?

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with insurers or advertisers. You decide what gets included in anything you share, and when.
