The HRT companion for the 12 weeks no one tells you about.
From your first patch to your first review. Yellow tracks what's working, what isn't, and what your prescriber needs to know, so the next appointment changes something.
What happens after the prescription pad.
Your GP prescribes HRT. You're given a leaflet and a 12-week review date. What no one tells you: the review is ten minutes long. The GP who runs it may not be the one who prescribed. You'll be asked how you've been doing, and you'll answer with memory and feelings, not data.
Yellow is what fills the twelve weeks in between. A structured record of what you took, when you took it, and what changed, so the next conversation with your prescriber starts from evidence, not impressions.
Three steps. Twelve weeks. One document you can hand your GP.
Sixty seconds a day. The rest happens in the background, sleep, HRV, temperature, all flowing in from Apple Health.
Capture where you are now.
Complete the Menopause Rating Scale at signup, a validated clinical instrument. This is your "before." Without it, "better" is just a feeling.
Sixty seconds a day.
Symptoms, side effects, your HRT regimen. Apple Health flows in automatically, no retyping what your watch already knows.
One tap. One page. One conversation.
A structured one-page document covering symptom changes, side effects, regimen history, and the questions to raise with your prescriber.

"By week 11 I had a one-page document with my hot flash counts, my sleep, every patch I'd worn and when I'd switched. My GP read it in thirty seconds. We doubled my dose that morning."Pilot user · Dublin
Two kinds of women who'll get the most from this.

You filled the prescription. Now what?
You stuck on the first patch. You're checking yourself for breast tenderness, googling whether brain fog in week three is normal, and trying to remember if you took your progesterone last night. Yellow gives you a structure for the first twelve weeks, what to expect, what to track, and what to bring to your review.

You suspect something isn't right.
You started months or years ago. Some symptoms eased. Others didn't. You suspect your dose is too low, or your delivery method is wrong, or there's something, testosterone, a switch from patch to gel, your GP hasn't mentioned. Yellow tracks how you're responding to what you're on. The next conversation gets informed by data.

Yellow's side-effect triage isn't an LLM guessing at clinical rules. It's a structured rules engine, and every rule is reviewed by named clinicians before each release. The week-by-week guidance, the definitions of expected versus alarming: all of it requires specialist input and ongoing maintenance.
Advisory board members review clinical rules before each release, are credited publicly, and are compensated appropriately.

What happens when I change dose or switch products?
Yellow treats every regimen change as a discrete logged event, with a date, that resets your treatment-time anchor for triage purposes while preserving your full history. Your trend chart shows a marked change point. Your triage rules update to reflect week-of-new-dose. No other menopause app handles this properly, most treat a dose change as if you started over, erasing the historical arc.
Is Yellow a medical device?
No. Yellow is a wellness tracking tool. It makes no diagnostic claims and no dosage recommendations, the precise definition of a general wellness app exempt from medical device regulation under FDA, MHRA, and TGA guidance. All clinical decisions stay with your prescriber.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never have and we never will. Encrypted, GDPR-compliant, yours to delete at any time. We don't share with insurers, employers, advertisers, or research partners without your explicit consent.
